The System Requirements are Windows 98, 98SE, 2000 Pro,ME, XP Home or XP Pro. The software is 100% Legal, Genuine and Licensed.

*An OEM version is basically a "no frills" version of the packaging. No fancy box, no "paper" manual, just an e-manual on the disk. The software is just the same as standard packaging. Support, however, is not provided by the manufacturer, it is essentially provided by the seller, if they are willing to support it. So, if you can do without manufacturer provided tech support (which most people can), OEM products are a nice options for finding the software cheaper.
